CSI Building Solutions, founded in 1998, specializes in construction using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), for use in both residential and commercial applications. The need for sustainability and awareness of environmental impacts in the building industry was a major influence in Mitch Gilliland's pursuit of this technology. Mr. Gilliland, a licensed general contractor and founder of CSI Building Solutions, has over 25 years of experience in the building trades and brings his experience to the forefront by training contractors throughout California in the use and installation of Insulated Concrete Forms. His expertise and guidance has resulted in CSI Building Solutions' widely recognized leadership in the building community.

This leadership is professionally demonstrated through effective training, guidance, support and networking with all the necessary fields and trades to insure each project is a success. CSI Building Solutions not only provides ongoing Installer Training Classes for contractors, but continuously informs architects, contractors and homeowners about the various methods, practices and tools required for proper ICF building construction.

Each contractor is supported in the field with "on-the-job" training and technical support to further insure their success. Upon request, CSI Building Solutions supplies clients with referrals to a network of professionals, from designers to installers; all experienced with the workings of our superior ICF system.
